Will you deliver equipment to my home?
Advanced Medical Supply will deliver Durable Home Medical Equipment to patient’s home free of charge if the patient lives within the coverage area. To inquire on the coverage areas, please call our office at 773-205-6993.
When can I expect my equipment to be delivered?
For orders made before 11:00 AM during business days you can expect same day delivery. For orders made after 11:00 AM during business days you can expect next business day delivery. -SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, please inquire via phone or email.

You have up to 30 days to return the products for full refund or exchange. ----THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS DELIVERED TO YOU.

We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, and business and personal checks as well as money orders. – IF YOU ARE PAYING BY CHECK, YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELAYED UPTO 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR FUNDS TO CLEAR.
